Previously we had two different numbers but we have now changed our phone number to 0113 380 1285.
If you study at the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University or Leeds Trinity you can also find Leeds Nightline’s number on your student cards!
Our IM service, phone lines and email services are now open 8pm – 8am most days during term time.
For any changes regarding our opening and closure dates, please follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
Our phone numbers are standard geographic numbers for the UK, the cost of calling these numbers will depend on your phone provider and whether you use a landline or mobile. Most mobile providers include standard geographic numbers in their minute packages and so contacting our phone service may be free. The instant messaging service and email is free and available to anyone with access to the internet. If you use these services on a mobile device, you may incur a cost if you are accessing the internet using mobile data instead of wifi. This cost will be dependent on your call plan.
Unfortunately, we are not able to make return calls or accept reverse charge calls. Our Instant messaging and email are free and available to anyone with access to the internet.
You can click the Instant Messaging button on the top left hand side of each page to speak with a volunteer when we are open.
There are lots of reasons why you might want to call us. If something is on your mind, you’re struggling with anything or just need a chat, we’re here to listen and support you.
We’ve also got information on just about everything you need to know as a student in Leeds…and if we don’t have the information to hand, we’ll try to find it for you.
