We aim to provide comprehensive and informative responses to all requests for information.
Our volunteers are trained to deal with different types of information requests, from what to do if you find a lost student card, club listings, taxi and take away numbers to learning more about your university advice centre, how to access the counselling service, sources of support for survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse, any request you have we aim to find the information.
